Why choose between real formatting and efficient notes?
You shouldn't have to pick between a text editor and a word processor. Search everything as you type and write in pure Markdown. Everything's just a file on your computer. Open it, send it, edit it, access it from any other application.
You keep the files. Legend just opens them.
Press save. Legend writes the characters you typed into a file called roadmap.md, in a folder you chose, on your own disk. Not a row in a database. Not an export. Not a proprietary container with a converter shipped next to it. The file is the note. You can open it in Notepad, mail it to someone, put it in git, or read it in twenty years on a machine nobody has built yet. If Legend disappeared tonight, every note you have would still be there in the morning.
